This is what my DJ setup looks like
To ensure your party gets off to a smooth start, I always plan the setup of my equipment in a timely and professional manner. My DJ setup adapts flexibly to your venue and blends seamlessly into the overall look.
Construction process
Arrival & unloading: I arrive at the location on time and store my equipment safely.
Basic setup: Setting up the DJ booth, speakers, lighting equipment, and – if booked – the 360° photo booth.
Sound check: Adjusts volume and sound quality to the room acoustics for clear, pleasant sound.
Lighting setup: Installation of modern lighting and ambience effects, perfectly matched to the dance floor.
Finalization: All cables are professionally laid and secured – cleanly, neatly, and discreetly.
Time required
Depending on the scope, I plan for the complete setup to take approximately 60 to 90 minutes. After the event, dismantling is quick, quiet, and uninterrupted.

Example setup of my DJ setup
Imagine the structure as follows:
- DJ booth: My workstation is centrally located, elegant and tidy, so that I have direct eye contact with the dance floor.
- Speaker: To the left and right of the desk are two powerful speakers that fill the room with music evenly and clearly – neither too loud nor too quiet.
- Lighting technology: I install modern lighting and effects technology behind or to the side of the DJ booth. This creates a pleasant ambiance, subtle background lighting during dinner, and spectacular effects once the dance floor is open.
- dance floor: Directly in front of the DJ booth is the center of the party – the dance floor. This is where the party is held in a lively atmosphere, perfectly lit and accompanied by music.
- 360° photo booth (optional): If you book the photo booth, I'll set it up separately in a suitable area. There, your guests will have plenty of space for creative shots and memories.
- Cables & Security: All cables are laid neatly and secured to prevent anyone from tripping and to ensure the overall appearance is professional.
This creates a tidy, modern and stylish setup, which fits perfectly into any location and creates a welcoming atmosphere.

Technical check before and after each event
Before every event, I conduct a thorough technical check. I check all cables, stands, speakers, mixers, and all other components. Every component is tested to ensure everything functions smoothly and the event runs without any technical issues.
After the event, I check the equipment again, clean it thoroughly, and neatly wrap all the cables. This way, I prepare my equipment for the next use and ensure it's always in top condition.
Regularly maintaining my equipment is a testament to my high standards of quality—it's the only way I can guarantee the best possible performance at every event. In addition, my equipment is constantly being upgraded or replaced with high-quality upgrades. This process is important to me in order to offer my clients versatile flexibility. I work exclusively with technology from renowned brand manufacturers to ensure consistently high quality.
